Well today we decided that we would face our fears and take our children out in to public to a restaurant. This is something that we don't normally do, and there is a good reason for that, but the kids had earned enough stickers for helping around the house and we thought it would be fun to do something different.
But to our surprise, our children actually behaved. There were a few moments of fits, but all in all a success. It was actually funny, because at the table next to us a kid was throwing a huge fit, and our kids just sat and stared and him. The whole time I was thinking, "thank goodness that isn't my kid", but of course I felt for the mother.
So hopefully we can continue to do more trips like this to add a little variety to our life. We will mark today as a success, yeah!!! But we will see how tomorrow goes, assuming we actually go out :)

Yay Pam! That's awesome. It's so nice to get out of the house every once in awhile. It's hard when you live in a little town where the most exciting place to go out is Fred Myer ;) Glad you guys had a good time!
